We are making big improvements to our repairs service. To make sure you get all the benefits, we need your correct contact details.
What you need to do
- click here to open our Dash service
- use the unique code you received by email, text message, or letter from us
- click Confirm Code and Next
- enter your postcode and select your full address
- enter your last name and check the details shown
- if everything is correct, click Yes to send the form
- if something is wrong, follow the on-screen steps to update it.
Why this is important
- if we do not have your correct contact details, you might miss important updates
- you will not be able to use the new features we are introducing.
Improvements to your repairs service
We are working hard to make repairs easier and better for you. Here are some of the new things you will be able to do soon:
- use video calls to show us the problem, so we can send the right person with the right tools
- change your repair appointments online, without calling us
- use our new Tenant Portal (an interactive webpage) to:

- report repairs and book your own appointments
- track your repairs in real time and see when someone is coming
- see the repair history for your home.
We’ve tested these new features with a small group of tenants to make sure they work well. We will make them available to everyone soon.
Remember - keeping your contact details up-to-date means you will get a faster, more reliable, and more convenient repairs service.
