Homes let during 2012/13
We're committed to operating a system that gives everyone a fair chance of finding the right home for them and their family.
As part of this, we let you know each week which homes we have let, and how. Our feedback includes information on:
- Homes let in the previous week - homes that have just been offered to someone, their address, the band they were advertised at, the band the successful person was in, and how many people bid for that property
- Homes let but not advertised - sometimes we let properties to people in special circumstances, who are not able to bid in the usual way. Each week we show you what homes have been let in this way and the reasons for this
- Homes which have been withdrawn - we offer a home when we know it will soon be empty, to speed up the letting process. Sometimes we have to withdraw the home from our list. When this happens we will tell you.
