If you've successfully bid for a property, and we've made you a formal offer, then we will give you an appointment to sign up for your new home. Please bring all the documents you need to this appointment. If you are unsure of what documents are needed please contact the HomeLink Team.

Time to move

If you're moving home, you will need to think about whether you can or want to take all your belongings with you. Big items of furniture don't always fit in the new house or you may just fancy a change.

If you are moving into your first home, or replacing old items, you will need to think about furnishing the property. You will need items such as:

• Furniture
• Carpets
• Curtains
• Soft furnishings
• Bedding
• White goods (fridge, cooker etc).

If you need help to furnish your new home, there are organisations who can support you. Furnishing a property can be expensive and if you are finding it diffifcult to get what you need, organisations like Family First and the Betel Charity can help.
