Leaflets and other formats

As part of our committment to our customers, we can produce our leaflets and publications in other formats.

If you are unable to read any of our publications or fill in an application form. please contact your area housing office or call us on 0845 330 3131.

We can arrange for an interpreter to explain it to you, or send you a spoken word version on tape or cd. We can also provide these items in large print

If you need help filling out an application form where english is not your first language, please contact your nearest housing office where staff will make an appointment with an interpreter to help you do this.

All items are in (pdf) format.
