Welcome to Nottingham HomeLink
Useful links and documents
Nottingham HomeLink is your one-stop shop to finding a rented home in the city.
HomeLink is a partnership between Nottingham City Homes, Nottingham City Council and 11 registered social landlords (sometimes known as 'housing associations'). It's a 'choice-based' lettings scheme, where you 'bid' for properties - either through this website, on the phone or at a local housing office. Read more about us.....
Register - choose - bid - move!
This is how HomeLink works:
We put up a new list of vacant properties once a week. You can view all our available properties on this website, in Monday's Nottingham Post or at your local housing office.
You can make three bids each week - but you don't have to bid every week. It won't affect your place on the housing register, so only bid for properties you are definitely interested in.
Use the menu options on the left to learn more - plus how to claim benefits, pay the bills and get our help. We can also advise you about alternative housing options - such as renting privately or living in other parts of greater Nottingham.
Don't miss out!
Have we got your up to date contact details? Can we get hold of you if you are successful?
If you know you'll be away after you've made a bid, make sure we know how to contact you - or you might miss out. If you've changed your phone number recently, make sure you tell us. You can use our form, or call us.
