We benchmark our performance against other housing organisations via HouseMark.

Overview

  • Overall satisfaction with the service – 59%
  • Satisfaction with repairs and maintenance – 63%
  • Number of complaints (per 1,000 properties) – 46
  • Gas Safety Certificate issued - 100%
  • Time to re-let empty homes – 44 days.

New Tenant Satisfaction Measures have now been introduced and in future we will publish a new report summary based on these measures.
