Weekly feedback

HomeLink is a transparent system that shows how all properties have been let. Each week we produce a feedback report to show how we do this.
The report is for the previous week's information.
From 15th June 2007, two types of information are shown in the report.
The first section shows previously allocated properties where bids have been made. It shows the band that the successful applicant was in and how long they have been in that band. This shows the band the property was offered to. It also shows the number of people who bid for each property. This will give you a better idea of how long you will probably have to wait to get a property.
The second section shows properties let but not advertised. In some cases, it is necessary for us to allocate a property in an emergency. We will only do this if there is no other alternative but it is a necessary part of the allocations procedure. These properties are shown so that you can see how each property has been let.
The table below shows our feedback for each week with the most recent first. All feedback is in pdf format.
