Allocations policy

Nottingham City Homes current allocations policy was introduced on 13th February 2006.

The allocations policy has been made easier to understand as it uses a band system.   As an applicant, you will be placed in the most appropriate band which reflects your current housing need.  The other members of the partnership have all agreed to the general principles of these bands.

Review of current Allocations Policy

The legislation and guidance on the allocation of accommodation has recently changed.  So we at Nottingham City Homes to respond to these changes, a review of the current Allocations Policy is currently being carried out.
